MIRA USA held the sixth and final workshop on civic education in Atlanta, GA


Atlanta, GA – On Saturday, July 22nd, MIRA USA held an immigration workshop in Atlanta, GA. This workshop was the sixth and final civic education class for the year 2017. The purpose of this workshop was to review the information that taught in previous classes to the participants. These set of courses helped participants feel more prepared for the citizenship examination.
This workshop took place at The Norcross Human Services Center, and the individuals in charge of answering questions were Lina Muñoz and Libia Masters. During the seminar, people had the opportunity to ask various questions and concerns they had about the citizenship examination. Additionally, a USCIS official Kellee Davis was present at the workshop, and the USCIS officer helped carry out a mock citizenship test
Twenty people attended this meeting and at the end of the meeting compress to 18 individuals who participated in the first session. At the end of the meeting, everybody acknowledged that they felt well-prepared for the citizenship examination.
