Tampa, Fla. – Miraists in Tampa, Fla. and Brandon, Fla. helped more than 100 local Colombians retrieve their Colombian national identification cards on Saturday, March 23.

The activities were held because Colombia’s registry office requested the return of all ID cards that were filed before January 1, 2011. Therefore, MIRA USA offered free notary service to all affected Colombians to facilitate the claiming of their ID cards.

This service, which has been offered in various cities throughout the nation, has allowed many Colombians to receive their ID cards for free and partake in activities that require ID cards such as filling out legal paperwork and voting *(from abroad during Colombian elections).
