Houston, TX – MIRA USA held the event “Strengthening Family Relations”, which took place in Spring Branch Community Center last Wednesday, March 27.

The Police department of Houston informed men and women about the different levels of sexual and psychological abuse, and how to report the assault before it is too late.

Attendees also learned about the law Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), which benefits those who have been victims of domestic violence.
