Union City, NJ- A group of Miraists participated in the ceremony of commemoration for the Hispanic Heritage Month, which for the fourth time, is organized by the office of Senator Robert Menendez.

The event was held on Sunday, September 15 at the Union City Performing Arts Center. Over 300 people gathered for this event including important figures of the arts, politics, music and sports world.
Around 30 MIRA USA members represented the organization in this ceremony in which the democratic Senator highlighted the achievements and contributions of the Hispanic community in the United States.
Singer Frankie Negrón, a New Jersey native, was the key speaker of this event, whose host was Miguel Pozo, director of the National Asociation of Hipanic Lawyers (HNBA).
