MIAMI, Fla. – MIRA USA –with the support of the University System Ana G. Mendez (SUAGM)– held a meeting to explain the Hispanic community how to apply to the university.
The meeting was aimed especially to those working full-time, and provided an explanation of the “Ahora” program which is offered by SUAGM. This program helps participants earn a degree, a master’s degree, or associated degree while the students learn English, which gives participants the opportunity to become bilingual professionals.

The accredited university of Puerto Rican origin, offers its program “Ahora” half in English and half in Spanish with flexible schedules so that the students may reach the goal of graduating and ultimately, achieve a better quality of life.
The program is being offered in the South Florida counties of Miami-Dade and Broward. It is also offered in Tampa Bay and Orlando, Florida; and in the Weathon area in Maryland.
