MIAMI, Fla. – MIRA USA held a talk on health insurance given by experts from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida to provide information about the Affordable Care Act, known as ACA or Obamacare.

During the meeting, the panelists explained among other things that the ACA is already in place, making it mandatory that starting March 31, 2014 those who are legally present in the United States must purchase health insurance, which is why it is important that everyone seek advice to make sure that they have health insurance by that date in order to avoid the penalties established by law.
