New York- On Saturday, May 8, 2016, the American Red Cross NY and MIRA USA collaborated together once again to carry out the third edition of “Saving Lives” program in Queens, NY. The objective of the event is to reduce the deaths from fires in homes and apartments and provide information on prevention of these incidents to citizens.

During the event of “Saving lives,” 60 volunteers of MIRA USA participated actively in the work, which resulted in the installation of 469 fire alarms, that benefited 98 families: 381 adults and 89 children.
