On Saturday, May 11, 2024, six volunteers from MIRA USA’s Chicago Branch had the distinct honor of being invited by the Ecuadorian Consulate to conduct our second collaborative workshop at the consulate. With great enthusiasm and dedication, approximately 40 participants engaged in and benefited from our “Financial Education for Entrepreneurs” workshop. Attendees gained valuable insights into building a healthy relationship with money, managing their finances intelligently, setting achievable goals, and handling budgets. This workshop was a resounding success, marking another significant milestone in our series of financial workshops in Chicago. It highlights the fact that the immigrant community in Chicago is actively seeking resources, strategies, and education to empower themselves for financial success.
