On Saturday, August 16, MIRA USA successfully hosted the workshop “Immigration Processes and Adjustment of Status” in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, welcoming 51 participants for an in-depth and informative session on current immigration matters.

The event featured immigration Attorney Luis Hernández, who provided expert guidance on key topics including recent changes in immigration law, essential information regarding adjustment of status procedures, and effective strategies to protect against immigration-related fraud.

The workshop maintained a highly interactive format, incorporating practical simulations related to the subject matter and offering a dedicated question-and-answer segment that further enhanced participant engagement and learning.

With the strong support and coordination of MIRA USA’s volunteer team, the event was executed successfully and achieved outstanding community participation. This initiative is part of MIRA USA’s Immigration Assistance Program, reaffirming the organization’s ongoing commitment to educational guidance, social inclusion, and community empowerment across the United States.
