Houston, TX – MIRA USA and the MD Anderson Cancer Center Blood Bank held a blood drive on Nov. 16.

The MD Anderson Cancer Center Blood Blank is the largest transfusion center in the nation. Cancer patients may require blood components such as red cells, platelets, plasma and white cells daily because the disease or disease treatment has damaged their blood cells.

Blood donors received a MIRA USA cupcake and a T-shirt from the cancer center.
