On August 24, 2024, the Overcome Your Fear of the Citizenship Exam workshop in Miami provided 35 participants with the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the U.S. naturalization process. Attendees received practical guidance as they worked through the N-400 application, reviewed civics questions, and took part in a mock interview with an immigration officer—helping them become more familiar with the process and build confidence.

A Department of Justice–accredited representative delivered a comprehensive presentation on the eligibility requirements and key steps involved in becoming a U.S. citizen, adding valuable context to the session.

Participants expressed their appreciation for the clarity and support provided throughout the event, highlighting the importance of workshops like this in strengthening preparation and empowering immigrant communities on their path to citizenship.
