The Understanding DACA, TPS, and Current Immigration Policies workshop, held on September 14 in Norwalk, CT, provided a meaningful platform for members of the Hispanic community to receive timely and accurate immigration-related information. A total of 21 participants actively engaged in this session, which focused on clarifying key legal concerns and offering critical insights into the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and Temporary Protected Status (TPS) programs.

Facilitators guided attendees through the latest updates on eligibility requirements, legal pathways, and strategies for staying informed amid shifting immigration policies. The workshop also created an interactive environment where participants could ask questions and receive personalized guidance on issues impacting their legal status and long-term stability in the United States.

By the end of the event, participants expressed sincere appreciation for the clarity, accessibility, and relevance of the information presented. Many emphasized how the workshop enhanced their understanding of their rights and provided them with greater confidence in navigating the complexities of the immigration system.
