On April 12, MIRA USA successfully hosted the workshop “Key Steps to Building an Effective Resume” at the Dover Public Library, welcoming 30 participants for a dynamic and highly educational event focused on strengthening workforce readiness.
The workshop provided practical guidance on how to develop a resume tailored to each individual’s profession, skills, and experience. Participants learned how to structure their work history clearly and persuasively, incorporate relevant industry keywords sought by employers, and avoid common resume mistakes that often limit job opportunities.
One of the most valued components of the event was the interactive roundtable sessions led by expert panelists, which offered personalized feedback and allowed participants to ask questions and receive direct coaching on their resumes. The success of these sessions was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the organizing team, who supported discussions, coordinated logistics, ensured technical readiness, and created a welcoming and professional environment for all attendees.
Following the workshop, MIRA USA conducted an evaluation to assess outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and gather participant feedback. Overall, the event proved to be a strong success, equipping attendees with essential tools to enhance their employment prospects and advance their professional goals.
