On October 18, 2025, MIRA USA’s Sarasota, Florida office successfully hosted the workshop “Overcome Your Fear of the U.S. Citizenship Exam,” an educational initiative designed to support immigrants seeking to begin their naturalization process.

Throughout the day, participants received comprehensive guidance on the U.S. citizenship process, including updated information on Form N-400 and recent changes to the citizenship exam. The workshop also featured the valuable participation of an immigration attorney, who provided free legal consultations and addressed individual case-related questions.

The program included hands-on activities focused on reading, writing, and practicing civics questions, all of which are essential components of the citizenship exam. Participants also took part in a mock interview, allowing them to build confidence and become familiar with the structure and expectations of the naturalization process.

Thanks to the commitment and dedication of MIRA USA volunteers, the event was conducted in an atmosphere of encouragement, learning, and motivation—reinforcing the organization’s mission to promote the social, community, and civic integration of immigrants in the United States.

MIRA USA extends its sincere appreciation to all participants and collaborators for making this event possible and reaffirms its commitment to continuing to provide tools and resources that help bring more individuals closer to achieving the dream of becoming U.S. citizens.
