MIRA USA held a workshop on how to apply to college.
Elizabeth, NJ – A group of MIRAISTAS met in the morning on Saturday, April 22nd at the Peterstown Community Center with the goal of helping high school students and the community who want to attend or apply to college.

The workshop featured a presentation by a group of Princeton University students informing the community on how to apply to college, financial aid, scholarship process, testing, essay preparations and interviews. In the workshop, participants also had the opportunity to ask the Princeton students questions, to interact and played jeopardy.
This event which MIRA USA offers is of an excellent benefit to the community giving them an opportunity to continue their education and be educated when applying to college.
The event accommodated more than 35 participants with the assistance of ten volunteers from Princeton University and 15 volunteers from MIRA.
