With our Career Development and Training program, we seek to create and optimize the skills of immigrants so that they may be competitive in the job market. Through the implementation of informative workshops and work interview simulations, we aim to help people prepare themselves to acquire a job.
Thousands of people have skills and abilities in high demand, but they do not know how to utilize or promote them to obtain better work conditions. The work force is the engine of the economy and immigrant population has an enormous potential when it comes to supporting the economic development of major cities.
Our objective is to make immigrants aware of the actual employment situation in their city.
