Teaching with creative ideas to take care of the environment

Charlotte, NC- Earth Day was celebrated in advance at the Matthews Community Center, with the “Earth Day on the Greenway”, where a large group of Miraists taught creative crafts to take care of the environment.

In the activity that took place on Saturday, April 14th;  children, young people, and adults, who came from the area, learned from the Miraists different ways to recycle and use materials that are usually at home to make from ornaments, jewelry,  utensils and beautiful decorations.

From 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. the different craft stations of MIRA USA volunteers stayed busy that the organizers were grateful for our participation.

Likewise, an information table was held in which information was offered about the organization, and about the activities that MIRA USA will carry out throughout the year in the Charlotte area.

The “North Carolina Wildlife Federation” holds this annual event to motivate children and their families to raise awareness about the care of our planet with exhibitions, activities, and ecological games.
