Celebrating “Earth Day” from Bethesda Park, GA.
Atlanta, GA – On Saturday, May 5, 2018, at Bethesda Park in Gwinnett County, MIRA USA celebrated “Earth Day” where more than 60 miraists had the opportunity to contribute to the environment with many activities and with the hand of the park director, Tania Ballou.
At the beginning of the event, there was a meeting about the planning and the precautions to be taken during the activities. The volunteers began to cover the dry land with pine throughout the park. After they finished with the pine, they went on to the next activity that was to cover another part of dry land with mulch.

In this event, the participants obtained valuable information about the environmental protection they can do from home and also, from the streets. All the volunteers and the owners of the park were very happy with the work done, recognizing the work of our miraists giving them yellow bandanas as a gift.
