Informing the Hispanic Community on Immigration Topics in Elizabeth, NJ.

Elizabeth, NJ – On October 13, 2018, MIRA USA held an immigration workshop in Elizabeth, NJ. Its main purpose was to educate and provide the Hispanic community with up-to-date information relating to immigration. The workshop was held at the Peterstown Community Center and we were pleased to be accompanied by attorney Oscar Barbosa from Diaspora Law Office.

Attorney Barbosa discussed several immigration topics including deportation orders, pardons, asylums, family separations, Dream Act and much more. Additionally, there was a segment at the end of the workshop in which the participants had the opportunity to ask questions.

All of the attendees were very thankful and pleased with the valuable information that was provided that morning to the community. On behalf of MIRA USA, we would like to thank all of the participants for assisting as well as attorney Oscar Barbosa and his team for his great help.
