How to Apply and Obtain your Pension in Colombia

Elizabeth, NJ -On Saturday, December 1, 2018, MIRA USA held a workshop in Elizabeth, NJ to teach the residents how to apply and obtain your pension in Colombia. The participants learned about old-age pensions, pension disability benefits, private funds and Colpensiones (a state financial institution that handles pension funds).The workshop was given by attorney Luz Marina Rodriguez. Mrs. Rodriguez is a practicing attorney with over 15 years of experience in issues relating to pensions and public finance.

Around 25 individuals from Elizabeth and neighboring cities were present for the event. Everyone had the opportunity to ask questions and obtain any additional information relating to any issue they may have.
