Our Community Assistance Program offers free educational workshops where participants have the possibility of acquiring knowledge on different topics that lead them to have a better connection in their community environment and provide them with a better quality of life.
Lose the fear of the citizenship test
Workshops held in conjunction with people specialized in the process of obtaining United States citizenship. In which we help permanent residents to lose their fear of the citizenship exam and interview through trainings on citizenship exam questions, and mock citizenship exam interviews. The beneficiaries receive tools that allow them to acquire knowledge and security to continue in their naturalization process.
Immigration and Civic
Workshops focused on United States immigration laws, in which attendees will obtain important information on law changes, voter education, the census, United States history, and topics such as DACA, TPS, and others. Through which the integration of immigrants is facilitated to their new environment.
Job search tools
Workshops where we offer information and training on tools necessary for an effective job search. Some of the workshops include topics such as learning the fundamental parts of a resume and preparation, how to prepare for a job interview, salary negotiation strategies, and the use of social networks for job search.
