An event aimed at the growing Latino community in Atlanta and surrounding areas to encourage home ownership in addition to:
• Educate the community about the steps toward buying a first home or an investment property.
• Pre-qualify potential homebuyers
• Refinance an existing mortgage.
MIRA USA’s housing fair will be held on Saturday, October 1st 2022 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in a covered area in the parking lot of Plaza Fiesta, an emblematic Latino shopping center, located northeast of the city of Atlanta, averaging an attendance of 15,000 people on Saturdays.

• Georgia is home to approximately 1 million Latinos (US Census).
