{"id":1220,"date":"2012-07-09T17:46:21","date_gmt":"2012-07-09T17:46:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mirausa.net\/wpmirausa\/22\/wordpress\/2012\/07\/09\/miraists-contribute-to-noble-cause-by-collecting-and-sending-plastic-bottle-caps\/"},"modified":"2012-07-09T17:46:21","modified_gmt":"2012-07-09T17:46:21","slug":"miraists-contribute-to-noble-cause-by-collecting-and-sending-plastic-bottle-caps","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mirausa.net\/?p=1220","title":{"rendered":"Miraists Contribute to Noble Cause by Collecting and Sending Plastic Bottle Caps"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-403\" src=\"https:\/\/mirausa.net\/wpmirausa\/22\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/07\/caps-of-love-west-palm-beach-fl-image.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"caps-of-love-west-palm-beach-fl-image\" width=\"200\" height=\"125\" style=\"margin-right: 10px; float: left;\" \/>West Palm Beach, Florida- A group of Miraists participated in the collection and shipping of 7 tons of plastic caps as part of the noble cause, \u201cCaps of Love.\u201d The caps will be used to help disabled children in need.<\/p>\n<p>The activity which took place on June 12th is part of the work that MIRA USA does to support social projects as well as an effort to make the name of the organization known on a national and international level.<\/p>\n<p>View pictures <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/mirausa\/sets\/72157630283609872\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>That day, members of the Miraist team located in West Palm Beach, accompanied community leader, Valerie Jones to carry out her beautiful initiative; the project\u2019s final destination is the European Charity, \u201cLes Bouchons d\u2019 Amour,\u201d the French version of \u201cCaps of Love.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The charitable organization recycles plastic for proceeds in order to acquire wheelchairs and service dogs for disabled children who live in Africa and Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The miraists were among the 25 volunteers from various organizations such as churches, stores, as well as students from elementary and high schools.
