The workshop was lead by Legal Aid\u2019s attorney Vicki A. Tucci, and Blue Cross Blue Shield representative Luz Ruiz-Nilof.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.3em;\">During the session, the participants were presented with an informative video regarding the legal aspects of the new health reform. At the end of the workshop, the speakers answered questions regarding the eligibility parameters and the application process for health insurance.
