On March 1, the MIRA USA Paterson chapter successfully held the workshop “What Is an ITIN Number and What Is It Used For?” in Clifton, New Jersey, benefiting 28 members of our community.
During the event, participants learned what an ITIN number is, how to apply for it correctly, and the benefits of having one—particularly for individuals who are not eligible for a Social Security Number. This information was essential in helping attendees strengthen their financial inclusion and ensure proper compliance with tax obligations.
At MIRA USA Paterson, we remain committed to empowering our community through educational workshops that provide practical knowledge for their growth and development in the United States. Follow us on social media to stay informed about our upcoming events—Because Helping Moves Us.
