On September 14, MIRA USA hosted the Overcome Your Fear of the Citizenship Exam workshop at the Lake Worth campus of Palm Beach State College in Palm Beach, Florida. The event welcomed 40 participants and provided a structured and supportive environment to help individuals confidently navigate the U.S. naturalization process.
Attendees received hands-on guidance on completing the N-400 application, reviewed essential U.S. civics questions, and participated in a simulated naturalization interview. This practical approach allowed participants to familiarize themselves with the exam format and build the confidence necessary to succeed.
The session also addressed key topics such as eligibility requirements for U.S. citizenship, conditions under which the civics test may be taken in Spanish, and criteria for fee reductions or waivers. By the conclusion of the workshop, participants expressed increased confidence and a strong interest in continuing their preparation through future MIRA USA workshops.
