Houston, TX – MIRA USA helped the Houston Food Bank on November 25 during 4 hours where children, youth and adults contributed to the inspection, classification and packaging of the thousands of foods and products that will reach families affected and in need by the floods that left the devastating hurricane Harvey. Working side by side with hundreds of volunteers from many others organizations, the miraists had the goal of packing and sending hundreds of boxes representing 48,000 meals.

The city of Houston will remain in recovery, that is why MIRA USA considered it important to help communities and families which the Houston Food Bank has access, because in these difficult times, the support of organizations like ours is vital because helping moves us.
