
Gaithersburg, MD – Last Saturday, December 2, 2018, the workshop entitled, “Overcome the Fear of Taking the Citizenship Test,” was held in the city of Gaithersburg, Maryland. The workshop was for all the residents of the community interested in obtaining their American citizenship. Judy Navarro Kirlin, an immigration officer, participated in the workshop. With her experience and presentation, many of the doubts of the participants were clarified.

Around 50 people in the Maryland, Washington D.C and Virginia areas participated in the event to clear up any doubts they may have had about citizenship, to get more information about citizenship and to be more prepared for the citizenship test. Many of the participants showed their gratitude through comments about how valuable the workshop was, how it helped them to clarify their doubts and how they feel more prepared for the citizenship interview.
