
New York, NY – On July 29, MIRA USA volunteers participated in a “Home fire” day in support of the New York Red Cross.

Recent fires in the Queens areas have proven that the lack of proper smoke detectors and the lack of knowledge of how to act at the time of the fire is what leads to many deaths. These incidents can have easily been prevented with the proper knowledge
MIRA USA volunteers with great satisfaction completed the work and through the campaign “Home Fire” 270 were alarms installed completely free and 75 New York families were benefited.
At the end of the “Home Fire” campaign event, Miraist were accompanied by Red Cross officials including Gary Chin, a Queens Disaster Project Manager.
