Philadelphia, PA – With much excitement and enthusiasm, Miraist gathered in front of the Philadelphia Mayor’s Building on July 20 to participate in the Colombian Flag Raising Ceremony.
Leity Rodriguez-Largo renowned for her work raised the flag with the Colombian community in Philadelphia. During the ceremony, the notes of the National Anthem of Colombia sung, and the honoree shared some reflections about their life, values and community work.
Appreciations to Councilor María Quiñonez Sánchez and her team that supported MIRAUSA in the organization and development of the event.
