New York, NY – On June 2 and for the second consecutive year MIRA USA volunteers participated in a day supporting the American Red Cross New York, installing smoke alarms to ensuring that through these elements and preventive measures many lives are saved.

Through the “Saving Lives” campaign, fifteen families in the city of Queens benefited from the installation of 150 alarms in their homes at no cost and remaining at peace knowing that a possible fire event will not take them by surprise.
MIRA USA volunteers once again donate their time to help those who need it, because as one of them said: “These are works performed with the heart, full of love to serve the needy, like our the motto: Helping Moves us!
