On Saturday May 4^th and 11^th Our branches in Arlington, Rockville, Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, New York Y Philadelphia joined the American Red Cross in the “Sound the Alarm – Save a Life” event with the purpose of helping to install free smoke alarms in high-risk neighborhoods to reduce by 25% the deaths and injuries that occur due to domestic fires.

our volunteers helped to install free smoke alarms, review home fire prevention and preparedness information, and help households create home fire escape plans in Seminole Heights.

The results of the day were very successful because 266 volunteers participated, 710 homes were made safer and  1,893 free smoke alarms were installed and tested to prevent more fires in our community.
